My Story

Real estate advice from someone who's actually stood where you're standing.

Veteran. Certified Veteran Realtor. Military Relocation Professional. Here's why that combination matters for your home search.

Who I Am

Veteran-to-veteran, from first search to closing day.

I served. I know what it's like to move on orders, to wonder if a lender actually understands your entitlement, and to want a straight answer instead of a sales pitch.

That's why I built Solutions by Heth around one idea: veterans deserve an agent who's fluent in their benefit, not one who treats the VA loan like a footnote. As a Certified Veteran Realtor (CVR) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP), I've made it my job to know the VA loan process better than agents who've never worn the uniform — because for a lot of my clients, it's the difference between renting another year and closing on a home with $0 down.

Whether you're active duty, retired, or a veteran ready to put down roots in the Valley, I'll walk you through it in plain language, fight for your offer, and treat your home search like it matters — because it does.

Behind the Scenes

The road to your new home

A veteran-to-veteran walkthrough of everything that happens between "let's talk" and keys in hand.

1

The Consultation

We sit down (or hop on a call) and talk through your goals, your entitlement, and what “ready” actually looks like for you.

2

Get Pre-Approved

I connect you with a VA-savvy lender, help pull your Certificate of Eligibility, and get you a real, comfortable budget.

3

The Home Search

We tour homes across the Valley together — in person or on video if you're still PCS-ing in — until we find the right fit.

4

Writing the Offer

I build a VA offer that sellers take seriously — structured to compete, even in a multiple-offer market.

5

Inspection & Appraisal

I manage the VA appraisal and inspection process behind the scenes, so nothing derails your closing at the last minute.

6

Closing Day — Keys in Hand

Final paperwork signed, keys handed over. This is the moment all the behind-the-scenes work has been building toward.

Ready When You Are
